In most cases your username will be your JFKU ID number. If you are a student, your password should have been automatically emailed to you. If you have been admitted, but it has not been sent or you or you no longer have it, please try the "I forgot my password" or contact the IT helpdesk at (925) 969-3464.
If you are a student, and would like to update your contact information or get information related to registration policies or processes, please contact the Registrar's Office at (925) 969-3350.
Please note that your password is case sensitive.
